- 1 Jar Pasta Sauce (25 oz)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 container cottage cheese (16 oz) large curd
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 ozbrick of cream cheese(softened)
- 1/2 of cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Sprinkle of parsley flakes
- 1 pound floor red meat
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- Fresh garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 container raw jumbo pasta shells
- 1/3 cup water
Steps
- Brown ground red meat in a pot, while browned add onion, green pepper and garlic, then upload black pepper to meat.....Cook till onion and inexperienced pepper are smooth.....
